Mockingjay Part 1

The Hunger Games have released a second clip from the upcoming Mockingjay Part 1. Is anyone excited for this film. I enjoyed the first two, but with the Harry Potter splitting of the final film, perhaps it would be better to wait until 2015 to see the whole thing as a double feature? Thoughts? Sound off below!

I can definitely see the connection to Twilight, both are young adult fiction written by women with lots of romantic elements, but I don’t hate Hunger Games. I can get past the mushy stuff and focus on the economic class struggle (exploited poor vs wealthy ruling class). I don’t think there are many haters out there as the books are all ready among the best selling novels of all time and the movies have done quite well at the box office. I suspect that the new movies will be so popular and profitable that J. This was definetly my least favorite of the three books and really after the build up of the second one, it was a real let down.

As far as Jennifer Lawrence making any claim about those photos hurting her career. Man, that ain’t the point. That was a flagrant and despicable invasion of her privacy and nobody has a right to see those pictures that she doesn’t want to see them.
